The aim of scifi is to offer a platform for open dialog among early-stage researchers interested in issues of diversity and inclusivity within the scientific community. We will educate ourselves on these topics by reviewing and discussing relevant literature during our monthly meetings. Additionally, we want to identify which actions could be taken to create a more inclusive environment.
