The VDSP offers selected active (i.e. not graduated yet) Master students from inside and outside of Austria to be immersed in real world research with experts in their field for 2-6 months between 1 March 2026 and 31 December 2026.

Please note: this call is neither open to univie students nor Bachelor level students.

Successful applicants benefit from:

• Subsistence costs (work contract with the University of Vienna): 20h/week, Salary Group C
• For non-local students* additionally: the expenses of your travel to and from Vienna will be (partially) reimbursed by the hosting research group
