Mentoring
In addition to their thesis supervisor, each VDSP student is supported by a personal mentor. The mentor provides guidance and advice regarding the professional and personal development of the doctoral candidate.
The VDSP student can nominate, in consultation with their supervisor, any senior scientist at the University of Vienna or at any other national or international research institute to act as their mentor.
More details for active VDSP students can be found on the VDSP Intranet.
Transferable Skills Training
